What is the cost to have my wedding at Glass Hill and what’s included?

How many people can your venue accommodate?

Up to 200 guests.

Are tables and chairs included with venue rental?

Yes! We provide tables and chairs (indoors and outdoors) for all of our packages. We also provide a sweetheart table and chair package. We will provide (25) 60-inch round tables for guests, (2) 8-foot rectangle tables for catering, (2) 6-foot tables, (2) 36-inch round tables for the cake/dessert, and (6) cocktail tables.

Do you provide linens and decorations?

We provide ivory tablecloths for all our All-Inclusive packages and the Saturday Venue-Only package. Check out our inventory page for decoration options provided to all GHV clients.

When can the venue be decorated for my event?

Clients have access to the venue from 3-6 pm the Friday before their Saturday event. If the event is on a Sunday then the decorating timeframe is on the same day. 

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

Yes! Our preferred vendor list is a culmination of local professionals that have previously worked at Glass Hill Venue and we have been thoroughly impressed with them. While all of the vendors are highly recommended, you have the freedom to choose vendors that fit your day. 
*If  booking an All-Inclusive package it is required to select the vendors listed in that guide.
 

What kind of alcohol do you allow on-site?

We allow beer and wine only during the reception. Interested in having a “specialty cocktail?” Guests can enjoy that during your cocktail hour only. 
 

Do you have bartenders on staff?

We have partnered with a local bartending company that we require to be utilized at all events where alcohol will be served. This is booked outside of Glass Hill Venue.  

Do you require insurance?

Yes, we do require that you obtain and provide proof of insurance. You can get this online or through your homeowner’s policy. If you need company recommendations then please let us know.

Do you have an alternative plan in case of rain?

Yes! We have beautiful chiffon drapery that can separate the reception area while we flip your space. We would love to show you a layout in the case of inclement weather- just ask to see it.

Is Glass Hill venue pet-friendly?

Yes! We love pets and would love for them to be a part of your special day. Pets are welcome and can be a part of your outside ceremony, but are not allowed inside the venue. All we ask is that you provide vaccination records 30 days prior to your events.

Can Glass Hill be used for other events?

Yes! We would love to have you for bridal and baby showers, birthday and graduation parties, and corporate events.

How far in advance do I need to reserve my date?

Fall and Spring are the most popular times for events at Glass Hill, and those Saturday dates book out 1 -1 1/2 years in advance. Please keep this in mind while shopping for a venue.
